Distribution.

Introduced in Tropical Africa and the WIOR region. Mascarene Islands (Mauritius, Réunion, Rodríguez).

Notes.

Herb native to the Americas. It has been reported from continental Africa ( Cardiel and Montero Muñoz 2018) and from the Mascarene Islands ( Baker 1877; de Cordemoy 1895; Coode 1982). We found specimens from the Mascarene Islands (Mauritius, Réunion and Rodríguez).
