Naushonia carinata Dworschak et al. 2006: 3 , figs. 1–6.

Material examined. Indonesia. 1 female ( RMNH. CRUS.D.56755), western Lombok, Teluk Medana, seagrass flat with sand, mud, some rubble-gravel, burrow, suction pump and digging/sieving, 0.2–0.7 m, 12 May 2014 [LB-St3- 03].

Description. See Dworschak et al. (2006).

Habitat. Muddy sand flats, sometimes near seagrass beds; in burrows of the callianassid ghost-shrimp Glypturus armatus . Depth range: intertidal and possibly shallow subtidal (about 0–5 m).

Distribution. Indo-West Pacific: Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia (first record) ( Dworschak et al. 2006; present study).

Remarks. Naushonia carinata , one of the most distinctive species of the genus ( Fig. 24 A), is recorded from Indonesia for the first time. The single female specimen from Lombok almost perfectly agrees with the original description of the species in Dworschak et al. (2006).
