Material. One cephalon, LACMIP 12544.

Occurrence. U.S.A.: Montezuma Range, Esmeralda County , Nevada: LACMIP locality 17039, limestone approximately 248 metres above the base of the section, corresponding to approximately 180 metres above the base and 21 metres below the top of the middle member of the Poleta Formation ( Bohach, 1997, text-fig. 60, p. 369), from the IS-4 section of Hollingsworth (1999), Indian Springs Canyon.
