Material examined (1 spec.). YEMEN: SOCOTRA ISLAND: ca. 5 km W of Hadibo, coastal road, shrubby area, 13.vi.2009, 1 ♀, L. Purchart leg. ( JBCB).

Diagnosis. Body glabrous, completely pale brown, only mouthparts and three apical antennomeres apically slightly darkened. Pronotum 1.70 times as wide as long, covered with dense fine punctures, anterior margin straight, posterior margin rounded, lateral margins slightly rounded, distinctly convergent anteriorly. Elytra convex, subparallel, 0.70 times as long as body, 1.40 time as long as wide, densely covered with small confused punctures. Body length: 3.8 mm.
