Taxonomy. Lemaitre (2004b)

Geographical distribution. Across Indo-West Pacific region, Nazca and Sala y Gómez ridges (southeastern

Pacific).

Habitat. In pseudoshells secreted by sea anemones and fashioned into the shape of a gastropod shell by the hermit crab; subtidal to bathyal, 183–950 m.
