Type locality. Vietnam (Ninh Binh: Cuc Phuong ) . Type material. ZMUM (W.258), Russia .
Records from Vietnam. Hanoi (Ba Vi NP) ; Ninh Binh (Cuc Phuong NP) ; Nghe An (Que Phong; Quy Chau) ( Thai 1982; Do 1994; Huynh & Nguyen 2004a).
Distribution. Only known from Vietnam.
Vietnamese name. Giun nhú phụ hình mắt.
Remarks. Blakemore (2007a, 2008b) considered it as " species inquirenda ". Further examination was not possible because all previously collected material has been lost.
