Type material. Unknown.
Examined material. 17 C and 4 A (SORC-V.163.01) under decaying woods, Tac Nga, Duc Xuan , Cao Bang, 13/7/1992, coll. Le Van Trien .
Records from Vietnam. Cao Bang (Thach An) ( Le 1995a).
Distribution. China ( Chen 1946).
Remarks. The species was originally found from wet ground under the moss coat or amongst grass roots ( Chen 1946).
