Geographical distribution. The species has previously been reported from Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexicoand Panama ( Metcalf 1963a; Wolda and Ramos 1992; Sanborn 2001a; 2006a; 2007b).
