( Figs 1a–d View FIGURE 1 , 3 View FIGURE 3 )

Description. Crown milky with a large black patch medially extended from base to apex, coronal suture degraded. Eyes gray. Face convex in profile. Other features as in generic description ( Figs 1a, b, c, d View FIGURE 1 ).

Male 2S abdominal apodemes quite small, only extended to the middle of sternite III ( Fig. 3b View FIGURE 3 ). Anal tube poorly sclerotized ( Fig. 3a View FIGURE 3 ).

Pygofer dorsal appendage long and inverted S-shaped with apex slightly surpassing posterior margin of pygofer lobe, bifurcated subapically and forming dolphin-tail shape; ventral appendage absent; pygofer side with 1 macroseta near dorsal appendage, several microsetae and microtrichia near posterior margin, which is truncated, several circular pits on inner side of distal part ( Figs 3a, c View FIGURE 3 1 View FIGURE 1 , c 2 View FIGURE 2 ). Subgenital plate expanded subbasally and constricted medially, with 5 macrosetae in a row from subbase to middle near outer margin, group of rigid microsetae along outer margin subbasally and row of microsetae along outer margin from middle to apex, several microsetae scattered on distal part ( Fig. 3a View FIGURE 3 ). Style with apex relatively short and slightly expanded, footlike, with short heel and longer toe ( Figs 3e, f View FIGURE 3 ). Connective with central lobe broad and as long as lateral arms ( Fig. 3d View FIGURE 3 ). Aedeagus with dorsal apodeme rudimentary, preatrium long and sinuate. Aedeagal shaft slender and slightly compressed, curved slightly dorsad, with pair of long, slender processes arising subapically, extended basad and curved dorsomesad, gonopore subapical on ventral surface ( Figs 3g, h View FIGURE 3 ).

Measurement. Male 3.60mm, female 3.55mm.

Material examined. Holotype: ♁, CHINA, Hunan Prov., Chenzhou, 2020.VII, coll. Deliang Xu ; Paratypes: 2♀, same data as holotype .

Remarks. This new species is similar to S. crassiprocessa , but has the pygofer dorsal appendage apex dolphintail shape, and the aedeagal shaft slightly compressed with subapical processes curved dorsomesad.

Etymology. This specific epithet is derived from the Latin “delphiuns” (dolphin) and Greek “ura” (tail), referring to the pygofer dorsal appendage with apex dolphin-tail shaped.
