ARMENIA: Tavush: River Aghstev near Dilijan, N40.46 E44.54, 1140 m, 25. v.2012, 1 ♀; 2 km N of Parz Lich, N40.45 E44.57, 1490 m, 17. v.2012, 1 ♀.

Note. Whilst these females key to Fannia barbata in the key by Rozkošný et al. (1997) and agree with females of this species, the collection of males is needed to confirm the occurrence of this species in Armenia.

Armenian distribution. Tavush province.

Distribution. Uncommon in Central and East Europe, and reaching east to Mongolia, China and Japan. New for Armenia.
