Material examined. 2 males: “ India: Karnataka, Kodagu, Chettalli , 609 m, 12°33’ N, 75°84’ E, 14.iii.2019, leg. K. Sreedevi ” ( NBAIR) .

Remark. This is a new record for the state Karnataka. The species is known to occur in the neighbouring state, Kerala ( Ahrens & Fabrizi 2016).
