A more detailed aedeagal illustration is provided, as are habitus images of the holotype. No new locality records are available. Through the kind efforts of Brenda Smith-Patten (Oklahoma University) I was provided with copies of the field notes of the late Harley P. Brown, from which it has been determined that the type locality, "Ria Chim, Mosquito" is near Retiro, Goias, Brazil.
