The crinomima species-group
Diagnosis. Members of the species-group are similar externally to that of the P. aungi species-group ( Figs 13, 14 View FIGURES 9–16 ) due to the brown colouration and elongate forewings, but differ by the more indistinct forewing pattern and the uniformly coloured reniform stigma. The male genitalia of the species-group are most similar to those of the P. albosignata species-group ( Figs 21, 22 View FIGURES 21–23 ) but are distinguished by the relatively short vinculum which is less curved dorsally (whereas it is markedly more elongate and curved dorsally in other species-groups of the subgenus), the basally wider valva, and the crest-like carinal process of the aedeagus (in other species-groups of the subgenus, the carinal process lack a crest). The female genitalia of the species group can be distinguished from those of other groups by the presence of a postvaginal plate (absent in other consubgeners), the relatively wider ductus bursae, and the less elongate and more round corpus bursae with less elongate signa.
