Remarks: It is characterized by a planispiral and closely coiled test. The wall of the test is very finely arenaceous. Stratigraphic distribution: This species is recorded in Europe from the Early Cretaceous to the Late Cretaceous (CUSHMAN, 1946). It apparently has a wide range in the American Late Cretaceous. It is found in the Maastrichtian (Abu Zeneima Member) of the Esh El Mallaha area.
