Remarks: It is characterized by a subglobulose test with numerous longitudinal costae.

Stratigraphic distribution: It is recorded in the Esna Shale by LE ROY (1953) and in the Tarawan, Garra and Esna formations by LUGER (1985). In the study area, it is recorded in the Maastrichtian and Paleocene zones.
