TYPE LOCALITY: Peru, Junin, Chauchamayo .

DISTRIBUTION: S Mexico to Bolivia and S Brazil; Trinidad and Tobago; Grenada (Lesser Antilles).

SYNONYMS: bogotensis , gnomus , jucundum, pumilio , rosenbergii , watsoni .

COMMENTS: Includes gnomus , pumilio , rosenbergii , and watsoni , but see Handley (1987) who regarded gnomus and watsoni to be closely related to A. glaucus , but different species.
