Current name: Kadsura japonica (L.) Dunal (Schizandraceae).

Note: Saunders (in Syst. Bot. Monogr. 54: 64. 1998) also accepts Kaempfer’s plate as the type, and reproduces it as his f. 1 (p. 5).
