Material examined; 2 ♂ ♂, [05], Khanka Lake SW shore, Sosnovy Isl & peninsula nearby , 44º52'N 132º07'E, 17.07.1998, YM GoogleMaps ; 2 ♂ ♂ 3 ♀♀, Far East State Sea Reserve, Bol’shoi Pelis Isl , 3.07.1997, T. Vshivkova .

COMMENTS. The first record in Russia and the northwesternmost point of the range. Earlier was known only from Honshu, Japan (Tsurusaki, personal communication). Very similar to L. jeskovi Marusik, 1986 by morphology and biology. Nocturnal activity. Hundreds o f juveniles and subadults were collected by sweeping in late evening around Khanka Lake. Spiders start to spin webs just after sunset. This species can be rarely caught during daytime.
