Notes

Shaw and Kasparyan (2005) list the vice counties separately for the two forms of bidentatus, the typical form and f. rufifemur Kasparyan, the latter only recorded from Scotland and possibly belonging to a separate species, T. hinzi (Heinrich, 1953, Symboethus ) (but see the note regarding Tryphon duplicatus ).
