10. Mutilla Pandora HNS .
M. capite abdomineque nigris; thorace rubro; abdominis segmento secundo maculis tribus ovatis, tertio fascia argenteo-pubescenti ornatis.
Female. Length 5 lines. Head black; the scape, flagellum beneath, except the basal segment, the palpi, and basal half of the mandibles, ferruginous; the head coarsely and closely punctured, with scattered erect black hairs above, and with silvery white ones beneath. Thorax and legs bright ferruginous, the former oblong-quadrate, coarsely rugose, the lateral margins crenulated; spinkled with reddish pubescence. Abdomen black, the base ferruginous; covered with short black pubescence; three ovate spots at the base of the second segment, a narrow fascia on its apical margin, and a broad one on that of the following segment, of silvery-white pubescence; beneath, shining and punctured, the margins of the segments rufo-piceous and fringed with glittering pale hairs.
