Diagnosis
Adult ( Figure 8B View Figure 8 ). Wingspan 9.0–10.5 mm. This species is similar to H. fuscomarginatum Ueda superficially. It differs from the latter in the forewing with paler colour on all veins; the eighth tergite subtriangular ( Figure 10F View Figure 10 ), the valva narrower, shorter than the tegumen–uncus complex, the lobes of vinculum acute dorsoapically, and the aedeagus without sclerotized process in the male genitalia ( Figure 12A View Figure 12 ); the corpus bursae oblong, and the accessory bursa arising from anterior margin or near anterior margin of the corpus bursae in the female genitalia ( Figure 14E View Figure 14 ).
