Description. Female. Body length ca. 2.2 mm, fore wing length ca. 2.2 mm.

Head. A little rounded in dorsal view, less broad behind eyes, 1.9× as wide as long (26.0:14.0) and faintly wider than mesoscutum (26.0:25.0). Eye in dorsal view 1.7× as long as temple (8.5:5.0). Temple pubescent and indistinctly shallowly punctate, slightly constricted. Face less transverse, 0.8× as high as wide, relatively dull, slightly convex with a narrow short indistinct sulcus medially, shallowly independently punctate, less pubescent, inner margin of eyes subparallel. Apical margin of clypeus strongly elliptic. Posterior almost tangent to the anterior ocellus hardly touching the posterior pair, POL:OD:OOL=5.0:2.0:5.9. A sulcus extends from anterior ocellus to hind polished zone of vertex. Antenna almost as long as body length, penultimate antennomere 1.5× longer than wide.

Mesosoma. Length to breadth and height 31.5:25.0:24.5. Disc of mesonotum relatively dull, densely pubescent, heavily punctate, interspaces not smaller than diameter of punctures. Scutellar sulcus much curved, narrower with carinae in between. Scutellum polished with relative shallow, sparser punctures all over. Propodeum shiny, polished with trace of punctures anteriorly, two short arms reached out from orifice. Mesopleuron highly polished, its anterior half with shallow hair punctuation of even size.

Legs. Spines on outer side of hind tibia dispersed. Spurs of hind tibia of equal size, 2/5 length of basitarsus. Basitarsus of hind leg slightly shorter than tarsal segments 2–4.

Wings. Pterostigma 3.1× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R1 (metacarp) 0.7× shorter than pterostigma, it is 1.2× as long as its distance from the apex of the marginal cell. Vein r arising from apex of pterostigma, slightly shorter than width of pterostigma, vein r almost as long as vein 2-SR, distinctly angled at their meeting, vein 2-M almost half length of vein 2-SR. 1st discal cell slightly wider than high. First submarginal cell of hind wing almost 1.8× wider than high. Vein cu-a slightly curved. Vein 1-1A relatively short, 1/3 of fold of vannal lobe.

Metasoma. 1.2× as long as thorax (37.8:31.5). T1 strongly narrowed to apex, basal width 2.3× hind width, and short, almost 1.2× longer than basal width. Slightly concave at basal two-fifth, turned-over part shiny with numerous but sparse punctures. T2 triangular, straight apically, 2× wider than long in the middle. T3 1.5× as long as T2 (7.5:5.0). Tergites after T1 relatively shiny, smooth, almost pubescent. Hypopygium not longer than apex of abdomen. Ovipositor sheath 0.7× as long as hind tibia (21.0:29.0), relatively thick (as wide as tarsus segment 4).

Colour. Body black. Palpi and spurs pale yellow. Tegulae dark. Labrum and mandible reddish yellow. Legs black, hind half of fore and mid femora, tibiae, tarsi and anterior 1/3 of hind tibia yellow. Wing membrane hyaline, vein 1-R1, C+SC+R and pterostigma brownish, r, 2-SR, 2-M and other veins light brown.

Male. Unknown.

Host. Unknown.

Material examined. Holotype: ♀, Changchun, Jilin, 1992. VII.26, Lou Juxian, No. 951273. Paratype: 1♀, Dongling, Shenyang, Liaoning, 1994. VII.10, Lou juxian, No. 947251.

Distribution. China (Jilin, Liaoning) ( Fig. 12 ).

Etymology. The specific name “ dumosus ” is from Latin adjective, referring to relatively hairy all over.

Remarks. This species is similar to A. malleus Liu & Chen , sp. n. but can be separated in having eye in dorsal view 1.7× as long as temple (the latter 0.8×); pterostigma 3.1 times as long as its widest part (the latter 2.6×); and antenna almost as long as body length (the latter apparently shorter).
