Material examined. AFGHANISTAN: Bamian, Shah-Fuladi vill. env., 3200 m, 25.vi.2009, I. Pljushtch leg. (1 ♂ in SJCP).

Distribution. This species was described from the mountain regions of southern Tajikistan ( Gusakov 2007). First record from Afghanistan.
