Dimensions. d=3–4.5 mm, juvenile around 2 mm; s=24+s4.

Description. Phaceloid corallum; corallites circular in outline connected by cross-tubuli which are 1.5– 5 mm in diameter; costosepta generally straight; S1 and some of S2 reach center of calice; remaining septa alternate in length and thickness; columella styliform to substyliform; wall septoparathecal in upper part of corallite, septothecal deeper.

Type locality of species. Upper Paleocene-Lower Eocene of Somalia .

Distribution. Paleocene of France, Upper Paleocene-Lower Eocene of Somalia.
