Type species. Turbinolia multiserialis Michelotti, 1838 , Tertiary of Italy (see Milne Edwards & Haime, 1848c).
Diagnosis. Solitary, trochoid, fixed or free. Costosepta compact, columella papillose, large. Pali absent. Endothecal dissepiments sparse. Wall septothecal.
