Host plants.

Flower heads of Centaurea calcitrapa L. from which the specimens were reared.

Egypt, Afghanistan, Albania, Caucasus, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Pakistan, Syria, Turkey ( White and Marquardt 1989, Norrbom et al. 1999, Korneyev and Dirlbek 2000, Merz 2000).
