Distribution in Croatia: Probably widely distributed, found in all regions except coastal Dalmatia and Dubrovnik area.

Distribution in Europe: P. albopunctata occurs from Southern Spain, Sicily and Crete in the south to Southern Norway and Estonia in the north, reaching Southern European Russia in the east ( Hochkirch et al. 2016).
