Distribution: Neotropical ( Cuba, Ecuador).
Records in Ecuador: Loja (andean mountain region of the Loja valley) and Zamora Chinchipe ( San Francisco Biological Reserve ) .
Habitat: Soil and litter of degraded forest. Litterbags of Graffenrieda emarginata , Clusia spp. and Cavendishia zamorensis .
