Comments: We collected three males, which also have a subgenital plate distinct from the other species of Phlugis described based on males. The subgenital plate is very similar to that of the previous species in ventral view, as its two basal thirds are quadrangular with subparallel lateral margins, narrowing towards the triangular apex, but without a ventral expansion. The plate is also flat in lateral view, with a singular expansion in its basal region, a brief expansion in the middle and at the apex of the plate.
