Fundort: Algenbewuchs an Pfählen der Westbuhne, äußerer Teil, auch bei Ebbe von den Brandungswellen bespült, bei Flut tief unter Wasser, 13. VI. 49; ebenda, 6. X. 49.

Bekannt von den Küsten Frankreichs, Englands und Irlands. Neu für die deutsche Fauna.
