Range:— Central and western Brazil, eastern Bolivia (SC).
Ecology:— Locally fairly common; on sandstone rocks on the Precambrian Shield ( Alves & Kolbek 1993); 500– 1300 m.
Notes:— Leaves small, 1–2 cm long, nearly sessile, forming a flat rosette.
