Distribution in Iran: Golestan, Mazandaran ( Amini et al. 2020).
General distribution: Austria, Belgium, Russia (Central and South European Territory), Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Netherland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland.
Habitat: In Europe, this species develops in basidiomes of a large number of species of tinder fungus with soft or leathery consistency: different species of the genus Trametes ( Trametes versicolor , T. trogii , T. suaveolens , T. pubescens , T. ochracea , T. hirsuta , T. gibbosa , etc.), Cerrena unicolor , Bjerkandera adusta , Hapalopilus rutilans , Gloeophyllum trabeum , Lenzites betulinus .
Comments: Reared from fungus on Fagus orientalis (Fagaceae) ( Amini et al. 2020).
