Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden ( Černý 2011). First record from Switzerland.
