Type host. Curimata biornata Braga & Azpelicueta (Pisces: Curimatidae ). Site of infection. Intestine.

Type locality. Argentina, Buenos Aires Province, Los Talas (34° 52ʹS; 57° 53ʹW). Holotype: 3 MLP 1257. Paratypes: MLP 1249 (allotype Ƥ), MLP 1242, MLP 1245, MLP 1246, MLP 1250– MLP 1256, MLP 1258–1270, MLP 1272.
