Vertex brown, eyes blackish. Pronotum, scutum and scutellum dark brown, yellowish at scutoscutellar sulcus. Fore wing infuscate and semitransparent, hind wing light infuscate and semitransparent, wing venation dark infuscate.

Male genitalia. Abdominal apodemes ( Fig. 38 View FIGURES 38 – 45 ) reaching 4th abdominal sternite. Pygofer side ( Fig. 39 View FIGURES 38 – 45 ) broad, covered with several microsetae and blunt teeth at upper margin, provided with a big fingerlike extension ( Figs. 40, 41 View FIGURES 38 – 45 ) with some small teeth and several setae. Subgenital plate ( Fig. 42 View FIGURES 38 – 45 ) small, shorter than pygofer side, with few setae situated at process and several very small microsetae at the centre of plate. Connective ( Fig. 43 View FIGURES 38 – 45 ) Y-shaped. Paramere ( Fig. 44 View FIGURES 38 – 45 ) with sculpture on big apical part, apex curved ventrad. Penis ( Fig. 45 View FIGURES 38 – 45 ) dorsal apodeme with developed membrane, penis stem thin and straight, with long and narrow dorsal process, apex blunt, gonopore apical.

Measurements. Male 3.85–4.00 mm (including wing).

Material examined. Holotype: male, Mengyang, Yunnan Prov., 800m, 7 Jun. 1991, coll. Liu Guangchun & Cai Wanzhi; Paratypes: 1 male, Mengyang, Yunnan Prov., 800m, 7 Jun. 1991, coll. Wang Yinglun & Tian Rungang; 6 males, Mengla Yaoqu, Yunnan Prov., 5 Sept. 2010, coll. Han Juan; 5 males, Mengla Yaoqu, Yunnan Prov., 5 Sept. 2010, coll. Zhang Meng; 1 male, Jinghong Yexianggu, Yunnan Prov., 30 Aug. 2010, coll. Zhang Meng.

Remarks. This species is similar to S. capreola Dworakowska, 1993 but differs by the elongated dorsal part of atrium of penis and the long and narrow dorsal process.

Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin word “ dactylina ” referring to the shape of the pygofer side extension.
