Male 7.5–8.7 mm long, 2.8–3.2 mm wide across humeral angles, female 9.0 mm long, 3.4 mm wide across humeral angles. Color pale green, fading to stramineous in dried specimens; pronotum and mesonotum with indistinct pale brown markings ( Fig. 5 View FIGURE 5 E, F). Forewing vein R with 11–13 branches; other veins with additional branches in some specimens. Pygofer without posterior lobe or projection near midheight (Fig. 21A, B). Male subgenital plate relatively broad basally (Fig. 21B). Style with apophysis elongate, evenly curved dorsad, apex slightly twisted (Fig. 21D). Aedeagus and connective in lateral view with ventral articulation forming narrow acute angle (Fig. 21F); shaft with preapical ventrolateral ridges not enlarged into prominent lobes (Fig. 21E).

Material examined. Holotype ♂ China: Shaanxi Prov., Zhuque Forestry Park, 22–25.vii.2007, Dai Wu [ NWAF]. Paratypes: 1♂, same data except Tong Ting & Zhang Li; 1♂, same data except by Liu Furong & Zhang Jingfeng; 1♀, Shaanxi, Ningshan, Huoditang, 1580m, 26.vii.1998, Zhang Xuezhong [ NWAF].

Note. The species is named for the province in which the only known specimens were collected.
