Trocniassus henanensis sp. nov.

( Figs 5 G, H, 22A–F)

Male 9.5 mm long, 3.3 mm wide across humeral angles. Color brown ( Fig. 5 G, H). Forewing vein R with 8–9 branches; other veins without additional branches. Pygofer with prominent posterior lobe crossing midline near midheight and smaller acute projection just dorsad of lobe ( Fig. 22 A, B). Male subgenital plate relatively narrow basally ( Fig. 22 B, E). Style with apophysis elongate, curved laterad, then dorsad, then mesad forming near semicircle in posterior view, apex not twisted ( Fig. 22 A–D). Aedeagus in lateral view with ventral articulation forming obtuse angle with connective ( Fig. 22 D); shaft with pair of ventrolateral flanges produced preapically into pair of asymmetrical lobes ( Fig. 22 F).

Material examined. Holotype ♂, China: Henan Prov., Neixiang, Getiaopa, 14.vii.1998, 600– 700m, at light, Hu Jian [ NWAF].

Note. The species is named for the province in which the type locality is located.
