Material examined. ECS. (1). 1 spm, CN Ky4B- 105, 220 m, AT, coll. Fengshan XU, 8 July 1981; (2). 1 spm, CN V580B-7, 30 °31'N, 127°56'E, 395 m, muddy sand, AT, coll. Fengshan XU and Yincheng LIU, 1 July 1978; (3). 1 spm, CN Ky7B-31, 27 °30'N, 124°30'E, 580 m, clay, 3 August 1981.

Measurements (mm)

Distribution. ECS; Korea, Japan.

Remarks. The specimens agree well with the previous description and illustration of Powell (1969). The three specimens were collected from the ECS, of which specimen Ky7B-31 is 50.9 mm in height, much longer than specimens studied by Powell (1969, from 28 mm to 34 mm). Not previously recorded from the China seas.
