Genus Gondwanabates Imamura, 1984

The genus Gondwanabates is known from Australia (nine species) and New Caledonia (one species, Smit 2009a). In Australia, it has been found in Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory ( Cook 1986, Harvey 1998, Smit 2001).
