Lectotype (Baumann & al. in Mitteilungsbl. Arbeitskr. Heim. Orchid. Baden-Württemberg 21: 533, Abb. 40. 1989): Herb. Linn. No. 1054.30, right specimen ( LINN) .

Current name: Anacamptis papilionacea (L.) R.M. Bateman View in CoL View at ENA & al. ( Orchidaceae ).

Note: Enayet Hossain & El-Gadi (in Jafri & El-Gadi, Fl. Libya 119: 27. 1985) indicated 1054.29 and 1054.30 (LINN) as “type”. However, as they are evidently not part of a single gathering, Art. 9.15 does not apply.
