Remarks. The lectotype of Sciaphilus dividuus is 3.25 mm long. The lectotype of Sciaphilus pruinosus is 3.38 mm long. Both lectotypes are conspecific with the type of Sciaphilus pennatus , thus Sciaphilus dividuus is a subjective junior synonym. We also confirm synonymy of Sciaphilus pruinosus . Chiloneus pennatus is easy to distinguish from all other Chiloneus species by appressed scales on elytra trifid, deeply divided into three piliform lobes apically.
