Trapezia digitalis Latreille, 1828 View in CoL
Material examined. Two males (ICMyL MAZ 9388A) and three juveniles (ICMyL MAZ 9388C) from Faro de Bucerías (18°21´N, 103°31´W), and one male (ICMyL MAZ 9385) from La Manzanilla.
Remarks. This species is also symbiotic with Pocilloporid corals and has a wide geographic distribution in the Pacific Ocean and the Red Sea (Castro 1997). On the Mexican tropical Pacific coast, T. digitalis was recorded at Zihutanejo (see Pereyra 1998) and the Huatulco region (Ramírez-Luna et al. 2002). In our study we recorded this species in intermediate sites to those previously documented and apparently its abundance is lower than T. bidentata .
