Distribution in Iran. Golestan: Gole Lovae, 750- 1,400 m ( Wittmer 1972; Kazantsev 1992), Astrabad [= Gorgan] ( Kazantsev 1992). Mazandaran: Alamdeh, 500-900 m ( Wittmer 1972). North Khorasan: Kopet-Dagh ( Pic 1933; Dahlgren 1972 [1,600 m]; Kazantsev 1992). Generic records: Iran ( Delkeskamp 1939 [ Persia], 1977; Kazantsev 2004, 2011; Kazantsev & Brancucci 2007).

Distribution outside Iran. Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia (Southern European Territory), Turkmenistan ( Kazantsev & Brancucci 2007).
