undetermined species ( Johnson 1924: 86 [record]; Curran 1934: 149 [record]; Linsley & Usinger 1966: 165 [checklist]; Gerecke et al. 1995: 133 [aquatic invertebrates]).

Distribution. Not determined. Galápagos: Baltra, Floreana, Isabela, San Cristóbal.

Remarks. Larvae of this species were collected in El Junco lake ( San Cristóbal) ( Ferrington & Pehofer 1994).
