? Calophya sp. View in CoL View at ENA
Distribution. Brazil: RS ( Karsch 1880, as 'kleinere Gallen'; Rübsaamen 1899, as 'Psyllide').
Host plant. Schinus polygama (Anacardiaceae) [recorded as Argania sideroxylon (Sapotaceae) which is a likely misidentification].
Comment. Burckhardt and Basset (2000) suggested that the gall described by Karsch (1880) and Rübsaamen (1908) may be induced by a Calophya sp.
