Dorsum. Dorsal shield 314 (313–315) long, 161 (160–163) wide; j1 21 (20–22), j3 49 (48–50), j4 38 (37– 38), j5 44 (42–45), j6 54 (53–55), J2 55 (54–56), J5 8 (7–9), z2 49 (48–49), z3 44 (42–45), z4 47 (45–49), z5 45 (42–47), Z4 58 (57–58), Z5 51 (50–51), s4 57 (56–57), s6 60, S2 63 (61–65), S5 54 (52–56), r3 41 (40–42); distances between ST1-ST3 60, ST2-ST2 53 and ST5-ST5 69 (66–70); ventrianal shield 104 (103–105) long, 64 (63–65) wide at level of ZV2 and 66 (65–68) wide at level of anus; JV5 42 (41–43); calyx of spermatheca 30 (29–30). Chaetotaxy: genu II - 2, 2/1, 2/0, 1; genu III - 1, 2/1, 2/0, 1.

Specimens examined. Cajamarca: San Ignacio-Camino a Nambaye (5° 9' 2" S, 78° 59' 59" W), 4-VIII- 2006, on Brugmansia suaveoleus (2Ψ).

Previous records. Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, Galapagos, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Puerto Rico, USA and Venezuela.

Remarks. The females collected in this study agree well with the redescription given by Schuster (1966), based on specimens from Galapagos Islands.
