Material examined. 1 ex., Kruger National Park , Malelane, Mpumalanga, South Africa, 25°31’48”S 31°37’09”E, M979, Croton madandensis (A. & I. Sharp) (all HSS) GoogleMaps .
Biology. The larva was observed feeding on Croton madandensis (Euphorbiaceae) in late December. Adult emerged 12.i ( Staude et al. 2016: 63, 64).
Distribution. South Africa (first record), Namibia ( Li et al. 2013: 573), Gambia (Walsingham 1891: 108).
