Measurements. Total length: 12.7–14.9; head length: 1.9; head width: 2.1–2.4; pronotal width: 11.0– 14.3; abdominal width: 5.9–7.0.

Dorsal color dark greenish-brown. Jugae punctured ahead of tylus. Rostrum reaching middle third of mesosternum. Pronotum with large and deep punctures. Humeral angles strongly developed and directed laterally (fig. 34), distal part with smaller punctures than on pronotal disc and usually dark. Ventral surface of pronotum sparsely and uniformly punctured. Pleura of all segments with dark stripes on epimeron-episternum area. Anterior projection of metasternal process long, slightly curved and longer than wide at base (figs. 28– 29). Apex of scutellum acute. Membrane of hemelytra dark brown.

Male (figs. 24–26). Dorsal rim of pygophore dark. Posterolateral angles developed and rounded, apex posteriorly directed (figs. 24, 26). Ventral rim with a large concavity, lobes large, thick, near mid line and surpassing the level of posterolateral angles (figs. 25–26). Genital cup processes reaching dorsal rim (fig. 25). Paramere small, enclosed by pygophore, with both lobes short, straight and acuminate or rounded (figs. 24– 25). Proctiger reaching ventral rim, dorsal concavities shallow and large (figs. 24, 26).

Female (fig. 27). Posterior margin of gonocoxites 8 acuminate, medial angles dark. Laterotergites 8 with distal angle developed. Gonocoxites 9 almost entirely exposed. Laterotergites 9 with acute apex and surpassing band uniting laterotergites 8.

Comments. This species is recognized by the following combination of characters: body darker and humeral angles longer than the others; dorsal rim of pygophore dark; posterolateral angles developed but not reaching the level of lobes of the ventral rim; ventral rim with large lobes; paramere with both lobes short and straight; distal margin of gonocoxites 8 acuminate; laterotergites 9 with acute apex.

Distribution (fig. 35). BRAZIL: Amazonas.
