Distribution. A—Amazonas, Pará, Tocantins and Maranhão. B—Bahia, Mato Grosso, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro , São Paulo, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul.
