Distribution. Palaearctic, Oriental region. North Africa to Somalia, Arabian Peninsula, Iran, southern part of central Asia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India. General distribution in Israel: Fig. 69 View FIGURES 67 – 72 .

Biology. This species is associated only with Tamarix aphylla .
